Cook time: 4 minutes

Total time: 6 minutes

RECIPE INGREDIENTS

  • 100g (½ cup) Zero Egg liquid

  • Vegetable oil for pan

  • Seasoning

RECIPE PREPARATION

  • Heat nonstick frying pan on medium-to-medium high heat. Drizzle with vegetable oil (about a tbsp).

  • Pour Zero Egg liquid on to heated pan. Swirl over bottom of pan to form an even layer. After 1 minute, give pan a gentle shake to help omelet from sticking to pan. Use a silicon spatula to gently free omelet if it sticks.

  • Cook for 2.5 minutes, gently shaking and swirling every so often as the omelet cooks.

  • Flip omelet and cook for another 1.5 minutes.

  • Serve immediately with your choice of seasoning or folded over your choice of filling.
