RECIPE INGREDIENTS


  • 150g (¾ cup) of Zero Egg liquid

  • 170g (¾ cup) plant-based milk

  • 85g (⅓ cup) melted plant-based butter (or margarine, coconut oil)

  • 10g (2 tsp) vanilla extract

  • 210g (1 ¾ cup) all-purpose flour

  • 50g (¼ cup) sugar

  • 15g (1 tbsp) baking powder

  • 1.5g (¼ tsp) salt

  • Oil for greasing waffle iron

 

RECIPE PREPARATION


  • Preheat the waffle iron for 8-10 minutes.

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients - flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients - plant-based milk, Zero Egg liquid, melted plant-based butter, and vanilla extract – until well combined.

  • Pour the wet mixture over the dry mixture and stir until just combined.

  • Grease preheated waffle iron. Cook waffle until golden brown, 6-8 minutes.

  • Repeat with remaining batter.
